铜镍合金管焊接之焊丝选用?为防止焊后焊缝强度过分降低,适量提高焊丝中的锦含量可强化焊缝金属,并改善其抗腐蚀性能,特别是抗海水腐蚀的性能。该焊缝金届的热态及冷态的塑性均好,对减少产生焊接裂纹是十分有利的,固而我们选用了含镍量约30%的ERCuNi铜镍合金丝作填充料。
